I had a moment, not my lowest moment on this journey, but a moment, where i knew i HAD to give it all to God ... i am a worrier, and am really good at it, and it was making me sick; couldn't sleep, not eating well, etc. and as i was sitting in the bathroom on the floor, while my husband was showering again (the only thing that helped the pain was long, hot showers), i begged God to allow me to give it all to him. I have done pretty well with it, but i have my moments. I am not mad at God for this, this is not his will ... cancer, to me, is the result of thousands of years of sin and bad choices, He doesn't want this for any of us. Thank you for what you are doing. we have only been married just over 2 years, but the last year + has been dealing with this stupid cancer. You are an encouragement to me, a much needed encouragement.

willow
cp: steveburkewillowcoxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10980831191057541135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4438347387296154543.post-13649610628446781752010-03-29T17:37:37.476-07:002010-03-29T17:37:37.476-07:00Oh yeah, this is the Jen (Yeh) from high school......Oh yeah, this is the Jen (Yeh) from high school... in case you were wondering :)Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02287732331959243670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4438347387296154543.post-72785508912504140662010-03-29T17:36:37.631-07:002010-03-29T17:36:37.631-07:00Nice. I also like the song "Blessed Be Your Name", especially the chorus that goes "You give and take away, you give and take away, but my heart will choose to say, blessed be your name." Reminds me that He's given us the grace to bless His name even during trials :) Will look forward to reading your blog more! I've put you on my roll.Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02287732331959243670noreply@blogger.com
